There are no mailing lists, subscriptions, newsletters, special offers or random third-party emails.
You complete the form and get added to a whatsapp group. On the whatsapp group we coordinate the different sessions, including sharing links to reading where relevant, getting volunteers for bringing cases and for practising, and so forth.
We respect the privacy and discretion of everyone, so we keep it tight. Anyone trying to sell services or generally using either the whatsapp group or zoom session for other agendas will be removed.
Sessions generally take place on zoom to enable more people to join and greater flexibility. Sessions are structured and facilitated by one of the facilitators. No one can be part of a session if their camera is not on.
In terms of confidentiality we ask that no client material is shared or discussed unless it is fully anonymised. Recording of sessions is not permitted.
